What is the best way to make money with your brand new Real Estate license?
I lean toward not the typical buyers agent, or even a listing agent, but more to find properties for cheap and sell them to investorer.Tror you I can make money doing it? “If you were me and just starting out in State of Florida, what would you do? PS. Best answer gets 1% of my commission. . . . not really. . . it would be against the FREC I just learned it, but the best answer will be appreciated.
