if i ever hear the word paradigm again im going to lose my mind, that should be the title since that word is used in every page. There really was not anything new, even if your a new agent you will not find this book usefull.
the only reason i gave it 3 stars was because if everyone reads it we will all be in the same sheet of music and require exclusive buyer agreements with the buyer. And because the scripts were pretty good and will make you sound like a professional for a while i wanted to sign an exclusive buyer agency agreement with him! but as for requesting a retainer money thats alittle to much but what do we have to lose by just asking…. 6 times.
i hope this review was usefull if your a seasoned real estate agent this book might not change your way of doing business.
